As an experienced agent my role is to act as an industry consultant, disseminator of information, and advocate for you. Anyone can show you a home, though only a true professional can educate and guide you through the process of buying and selling so as to assure that your interests are front and center. I have been helping buyers and sellers of real estate in the Twin Cities for over 20 years and many of my clients become friends over the years- what an amazing job I have. Having renovated over 20+ homes in the last ten years, I know first hand what is involved in remodeling and keeping up a home. When viewing properties with buyers I can help estimate initial costs on the first showing so you know what you are in for. Whether it’s already in tip top shape or a fixer upper from the start – I will guide you through the process. When I am not working with clients or out previewing homes I spend my freetime playing music, biking around town, kayaking in Cedar Lake and generally appreciating the beauty that seems to be all around us.
