A home evaluation is a report, commonly called a CMA, a comprative market analysis, that compares your property to similar properties on the market. Included in the report will be homes currently for sale, homes that have recently sold, and homes that have failed to sell in your area. It is not an appraisal, merely an estimate of value based on features and condition of your home compared to other homes in your area.

We offer a free CMA so you can find out how much your home may be worth in today's real estate market.
