Thank you Boardwalk!  You guys were great.  I wasn't excited to buy another home after moving here for Grad School.  Alex made navigating the world of home finance easy, and showed me just the houses that I was interested in, which on my busy schedule, was essential.

Alex and Alena helped us sell our home and find another, at a time when the market was turning, which was causing us a lot of stress.  I was also 6 months pregnant and my husband was working a lot.  But Alex and Alena helped us go through the whole process.  They were so real with us about the market, so down to Earth.  I think it helped us sell faster, we feel lucky.  We got settled in just 3 1/2 weeks before my due date, whew!  Our new home is big enough for our whole family now, and we love it here.

My realtor was Steve Goldfarb, who I also used for my lawyer.  Having worked with him already, we were like old pals, and he knew just the type of home I needed after my divorce.  Be prepared to laugh if you ride around with him, his jokes still make me smile.  What a good hearted guy.

My mother and I own a number of rental properties and over the years Alex has helped us trade up.  We rely on his professional opinion when it's time to make a move.  His knowledge of properties is helpful, and he doesn't present himself with a lot of hype.  He does good work for our family.

When my mother-in-law had to sell her house after living there for 35 years I thought I was going to die!  She needed realtors like Alex and Alena, who were so calm and helpful.  They knew just who to call to help us get the house cleaned out and fixed up, and even though my mother-in-law wasn't terribly excited about the move, they helped her do what needed to be done.  She's happy now in her apartment, and thankful for the help in the transition.
